We use cookies and similar technologies (including essential, analytics, and advertising cookies) to operate the Website, measure performance, and personalize content and ads. You can accept, reject, or manage non‑essential cookies through our on‑site cookie banner or your browser settings at any time.

We rely on trusted third‑party providers for hosting, analytics, communications, payments, and advertising. Core providers include: Amazon Web Services, PostHog, Amplitude, Google (incl. Google Analytics and Google Ads), Meta (incl. Facebook/Instagram tools), Hotjar, Solidgate, Customer.io, Twilio, HubSpot, Ringover, and Mailgun.

If you reside in a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (for example, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah, or Virginia), Section 9 also explains your state privacy rights. If you are a resident of Canada, please review Section 10 (Canadian Privacy Notice).

Venture Provision LLC also maintains its own privacy policy for the YourForms Service. When you visit or use the Service on yourforms.com (including via links from this Website), Venture Provision LLC’s privacy policy applies in addition to this Policy: https://yourforms.com/privacy-policy

If any questions remain, contact support@divorceresolve.com.

1. Roles of the Parties (Reseller / Service Owner)

CORERIDGE LLC operates the Website divorceresolve.com and resells, distributes, and bills for the YourForms Service to customers in the United States and Canada under a written reseller arrangement with Venture Provision LLC. CORERIDGE LLC and Venture Provision LLC act as independent controllers for the personal data they each determine the means and purposes of:

  • CORERIDGE LLC is the controller of (i) Website visitor data, marketing and advertising data collected via divorceresolve.com, (ii) account registration and authentication data captured on the Website, and (iii) payment and transactional data processed through CORERIDGE LLC’s payment processors.
  • Venture Provision LLC is the controller of the personal data collected through the Service itself (the divorce questionnaire, generated documents, e-signature, notarization metadata, and related product analytics), in its capacity as the service owner.
  • For certain shared operations (e.g., customer support, fraud prevention, anti-abuse, regulatory compliance), CORERIDGE LLC and Venture Provision LLC may act as joint controllers, with responsibilities allocated in a written data sharing arrangement that you may request a summary of by emailing support@divorceresolve.com.
  • Service providers engaged by either party (e.g., AWS, payment processors, communications tools) process personal data only on documented instructions and under appropriate data processing terms.

3.3 Customer support & service communications

Respond to requests, send operational messages (e.g., account or security notices, receipts, policy updates), and troubleshoot issues. Messaging tools may log delivery and interaction events.

3.4 Research & analytics

Understand usage patterns, improve features, and plan new ones using analytics tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, and Hotjar. We do not use Documents Information for advertising or profiling.

3.5 Marketing communications (email, SMS, and calls)

With your consent where required, we may send you marketing and service communications via email (Customer.io and Mailgun), SMS/MMS (Twilio), and outbound telephone calls (HubSpot/Ringover). You may opt out at any time as described below.

SMS/MMS. We collect and process mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent solely to deliver text messages. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for their own marketing. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; we will process opt-outs within 10 business days. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Outbound telephone calls. By providing your phone number and opting into calls via our consent form, you consent to receive marketing and non-marketing calls from CORERIDGE LLC (acting on its own behalf and on behalf of Venture Provision LLC), which may be delivered using automated dialing systems (ATDS) or prerecorded messages, at the number you provided.
